Okey i gotta start this of with the note that I'm by no means professional but I run around in pixiv enough to know what’s good and what not. Let's start with the presentation
It's a normal presentation, nothing mind blowing. There’s a character being portrait and some abstract background but the bg totally fits the Picture and it’s a very pleasant watch <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
The Character that was painted is nearly perfect in my opinion. The Colors chosen are beautiful, rich and saturated. The anatomy seems good with no major flaws and I need to confess I’m in love with your style and use of color. Although like I mentioned before the presentation isn't something crazy the picture as a whole has a great impact on me. So colorful ^.^
Also the glass thingy she is holding is well made. I see artists failing on glass all over the internet but you did a great job <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

So all in all I would say a great peace of art evoking all kind of happy emotions. Simplistic but still fitting background. Saturated and rich colors that still fit and don't disturb. +1
